This Privacy Policy applies to the TrumbleDreams Radio website (trumbledreams.com) and the TrumbleDreams Radio Android app distributed via Google Play. It describes what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights. This policy is required by Google Play and complies with applicable privacy laws (including GDPR where applicable).

Website: When you visit trumbledreams.com, we do not collect personal data directly. The site embeds a radio player (Citrus3) and may use cookies or similar tech for playback. We do not run analytics or tracking on the site unless explicitly stated.

Android app: The app streams TrumbleDreams Radio. We may collect:

Technical data (device model, OS version, app version) to ensure compatibility and fix issues.
Usage data (e.g. that you opened the app, listened to the stream) if we use analytics (e.g. Firebase, or similar). We do not collect or store the content of what you listen to beyond aggregate statistics where applicable.

We do not collect names, emails, or other identifiers unless you contact us (e.g. via email) or use a feature that explicitly requires it.

3. How we use your data

We use the data above to:

Provide and improve the radio stream, website, and app.
Understand usage (e.g. crashes, errors) and improve stability.

We keep data only as long as needed for the purposes above (e.g. logs, analytics) or as required by law. You can ask us to delete your data; we will do so unless we must retain it for legal reasons.
